Case Studies
From time to time, individuals write concerning questions on their medical care. In order to answer these inquiries, some of the case studies will be posted. Anabolic steroid induced hypogonadism (ASIH) is a problem of growing concern. The adverese effcts of ASIH are identical to those seen with hypogonadism, including advrese psychological effects, infertility, increased cardiovascular risk, decreases in muscle mass and muscle strength, increased adiposity, and more.
